Once the decision to launch it is made, we ask for the catalogs of this product to the best manufacturers worldwide. Our marketing and innovation department has an external team of 15 people. Then, the decision phase starts: we begin to select fabrics or products and we begin to design and to sketch our catalog. We bear in mind a usability analysis with our clients, since it is vital for Novadeco to know first-hand their opinions, with the objective that the information arrives in an organized and adequate way to them.
